Career Online High School

Get a chance to finish what you started! The Santa Fe Springs City Library offers adults the opportunity to earn an accredited high school diploma and career certificate online in just 18 months or less.

This self-paced adult high school diploma program is free to those who qualify and fit the program requirements. This program allows you to complete all of the courses online while being able to work and tend to your busy life. It also permits you to, upon completion, pursue your educational, career and personal goals. You can even transfer any successfully completed high school or GED courses.

The Library's program offers a limited number of scholarships; to qualify you must be 18 years of age or older, be a City of Santa Fe Springs resident and have a Santa Fe Springs City Library card with your account in good standing.

How to get started

Step 1: Take the quick Are You Ready Survey? to determine that you meet the program requirements.
Step 2: Once you complete the survey, you’ll be invited to enroll in and complete a prerequisite course in two weeks or less.

Step 3: A Library staff member will contact you for an interview after you complete the required prerequisite course within the two-week period.
